Hi and welcome to our site.
This is a short overview of our property.
The apartment has been owned by the Crowder family for many years being acquired by the late Richard Crowder in 1982 and was taken over by John and Jason Crowder in 1999. Since then it has been tastefully transformed into a modern bright and clean little haven.
Why not take a dip in the private complex pool.
The stunning white sand beach of Puerto Banus just 200 mtrs walk from the apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to live comfortably. Aircon (with heating) 4 ring halogen hob, small oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, new automatic washing machine, SKY TV with limited channels with large flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. Bath and shower, one double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, plus two double metal framed good quality sofa beds in the lounge. Dining area enclosed or al fresco.
It is on the ground floor, with parking, and beautiful private gardens and 2 well maintained swimming pools.
Now for the best bit!
We are only 200mtrs away from the sea, a short walk along a palm tree lined, well lit promenade and you are there. Turn right and there are restaurants, bars and an 8 min walk along another beautiful promenade takes you to the centre of Puerto Banus. Turn left and there is a sea front walk all the way to Marbella. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way.
For groceries, there is a new Aldi Store a short walk from the apartment or in Puerto Banus there is El Corte Ingles super store where you can buy anything from a banana to a motor bike!!
